The Official Rules - TheParkingPlace.com Affiliate Summit East and DOMAINfest $100 Promotion

1. Eligibility: Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and to legal residents of other countries as allowed by applicable law. Applicants must be at least fourteen (14) years old and any applicants, who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, must have parental permission and consent to participate. TheParkingPlace.com is a division of Media Breakaway, LLC (the "Sponsor"). Employees, officers and members of the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, "Released Parties"), and their immediate families (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same household of such employees, officers and members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. List partners are also ineligible for this promotion. All applicable federal, state, and local rules apply. An entrant's account must be in good standing as of October 1, 2011 in order to be eligible for a Prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. To Enter: TheParkingPlace.com Affiliate Summit East and DOMAINfest $100 Promo ("Promotion") begins at 12:00 am MST, August 16, 2011 and ends at 11:50 pm MST on August 23, 2011 (the "Promotion Period"). To enter during the Promotion Period, simply enter the code 'domainfest2011' in the promotion code field when signing up for your account at TheParkingPlace.com or mention the promotion when stopping by the Affiliate Summit East Meet Market Table, Exhibit Booth or DOMAINfest NYC Exhibit Table. DOMAINFEST is a registered trademark of Oversee.net Corporation. Oversee.net Corporation has no association with Media Breakaway, LLC nor does Oversee.net Corporation endorse the products and services we provide.

3. Prize: Each new account that is created with the promotion code 'domainfest2011' at TheParkingPlace.com will be eligible to earn an additional $100 (the "Prize") if the combined revenue generated in August and September meets at least U.S. $100. All Federal, State, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Each earned Prize will be paid along with the next regularly scheduled payment to the account after the end of September, 2011.

5. General: No transfer, assignment, or substitution of the Prize is allowed except by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and then for a prize of comparable or greater value. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the Prize or Prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited By participating, entrants agree: 1) to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of the Sponsor will be binding and final in all respects; 2) that the Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) winner's name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification; and, 3) that Released Parties are not liable and shall be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury and/or damage to entrant and/or any other person and/or entity, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of a Prize or participation in this Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for lost entries; incomplete entries; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, undelivered, misdirected or illegible entries; or for printing or typographical errors appearing in these Official Rules, the announcement of the prize or other Promotion-related materials. Any portion of a Prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or modify, terminate or suspend this Promotion and, in the event of termination or suspension of the Promotion, at its discretion select winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension. Any claim or dispute arising from or out of this Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Venue for any such claim or dispute shall be exclusively in the Federal or state court in the County of Denver, Colorado. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by U.S. registered mail to such person's respective address shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding in the state and federal courts located in the State of Colorado, with respect to any matters to which it has submitted to jurisdiction as set forth above. In addition, each entrant irrevocably and unconditionally waives application of the procedures for service of process pursuant to the Hague Convention for Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters.
